seas 17 to 22 ft.

* WHERE...In coastal waters, the coastal waters from Duck to
Oregon Inlet. In offshore waters, the offshore waters from
Oregon Inlet to Cape Hatteras.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
