Rentomojo IPO GMP Live: The IPO has opened for subscription on September 9, giving investors a three-day window to place their bids. The issue is a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 805 crore, making it the third-largest IPO among the six issues opening on September 9.
According to an Anand Rathi research report, Prasol Chemicals is seeking a valuation of around 48 times its FY26 earnings, implying a post-issue market capitalisation of approximately Rs 40,008 million. This indicates that the IPO is fully priced at the current valuation.
The company’s operations are dependent on its manufacturing facilities, and any unplanned shutdowns could disrupt production and impact overall business operations. However, its strong product portfolio, focus on R&D-led innovation and diversified global customer base provide a solid foundation for long-term growth in the specialty chemicals sector.
Taking these factors into consideration, Anand Rathi has assigned a “Subscribe for Long Term” rating to the IPO.
SBI Securities has assigned a “Subscribe” rating to the Rentomojo IPO, citing the company’s market leadership, robust growth, improving profitability and favourable long-term industry prospects.
The brokerage said Rentomojo is India’s largest organised furniture and appliance rental platform, supported by a recurring subscription-led business model and an expanding subscriber base. Its integrated operations spanning procurement, refurbishment, logistics and asset redeployment further enable the company to optimise the utilisation of its rental assets.
Rentomojo is an India-based direct-to-consumer (D2C) rental and subscription platform that provides customers with flexible access to furniture and appliances without the need for upfront ownership costs.
The company manages the entire asset lifecycle, covering procurement, refurbishment, servicing, reverse logistics and redeployment. This integrated approach is aimed at improving asset utilisation while enhancing capital efficiency.
Infrax Renewable IPO, which aims to raise Rs 40.88 crore, unlike Vinod Texworld and Amtech Esters, the issue is currently trading without any grey market premium (GMP).
A zero GMP suggests that the shares could potentially list close to the issue price. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and may fluctuate ahead of the listing.
Amtech Esters IPO is also witnessing positive sentiment in the grey market. The IPO is currently commanding a GMP of around Rs 7 per share, translating into a premium of nearly 9% over the upper price band of Rs 75. If the current GMP sustains, the estimated listing price could be around Rs 82 per share.
The Rs 17.88-crore book-built issue is entirely a fresh issue of 23.84 lakh shares. The price band has been set at Rs 71 to Rs 75 per share.
The Pranav Constructions IPO enters its third and final day of bidding on September 9, with investor interest remaining strong. The issue continues to trade at a premium in the grey market, with the grey market premium (GMP) rising to 35% from 34% earlier.
The increase in GMP signals positive investor sentiment and raises expectations of a potentially strong listing for the company’s shares.
The primary market is set for a busy session on September 9, with six mainboard IPOs opening for subscription.
