Severity: Minor. Certainty: Likely.
* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
seas 8 to 11 feet expected.

* WHERE...Pohnpei Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Building northeast swell from STY Dolphin
will mix with the existing southeast swell and wind waves to
produce seas of 8 to 11 feet, with highest seas over the northern
waters. A monsoon surge will maintain fresh to strong winds as
well.
