The NYSE has initiated delisting proceedings for Elme Communities’ (ELME) shares due to abnormally low selling prices.

The NYSE has immediately suspended trading in Elme Communities’ common shares.

Elme does not intend to appeal the decision, citing its previously adopted plan of sale and liquidation, making delisting likely.

The company expects its shares to begin over-the-counter trading under the ticker ELMES on October 26, 2026.

ELME shares down over 96% post-market.
