* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 7 to 10 ft at 11
seconds and west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong ebb current of 6.98 kt at 601
PM Tuesday. Seas 9 ft. Ebb current of 3.8 kt at 632 AM
Wednesday. Seas 7 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.88 kt at 644
PM Wednesday. Seas 10 ft.
