Severity: Minor. Certainty: Observed.
A moderate storm system will impact our coastal waters tonight through
Thursday, bringing a chance of thunderstorms to the area. Thunderstorm
activity is likely to be most hazardous for the waters south and
east of Point Conception with peak timing expected Wednesday
afternoon through Thursday morning.

Any thunderstorm that forms will be capable of producing local
gusts up to gale force, rough seas, dangerous lightning, heavy
rainfall with reduced visibility, and waterspouts.
