* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with frequent gusts up to
25 kt and seas 5 to 8 feet expected.

* WHERE...Majuro Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As TS Koguma continues to intensify and lift
slowly north across the northern Marshall Islands, winds will
remain steady across Majuro and surrounding areas. Frequent gusts
to 25 knots are anticipated to develop, especially near any
heavier showers or thunderstorms.
