* WHAT...Afternoon and early evening heat index values up to between
105 to 110 degrees.

* WHERE...Mitchell, Osborne, and Rooks Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Overnight temperatures will drop no lower than
the mid 70s across most of the area...providing only limited relief
from the heat.
