Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A stalled front will interact with an anomalously moist and
strongly unstable airmass, supporting areas of intense rainfall
rates as high as 2-3"/hr. These rates will support a risk of
flooding and flash flooding, especially in low-lying and poor
drainage areas. Rainfall totals of 2-5" will be possible within
the watch area.
