TinOne Resources (TORC:CA) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 15M units at C$0.05 each for gross proceeds of up to C$750,000.

Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable at C$0.10 for 24 months.

Proceeds will be used to advance TinOne’s Tasmanian projects and for general working capital.
