Severity: Severe. Certainty: Likely.
* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values between
95 and 103 possible.

* WHERE...Much of Northwest Lower Michigan. This includes Beaver
Island and Bois Blanc Island.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tuesday will likely feature the most extreme
conditions for most, with heat indices exceeding 100 degrees.
Although mid-week temperatures are dependent on thunderstorm
development, prolonged high humidity and limited overnight cooling
will lead to compounding heat stress throughout the week.
