* IMPACTS...Scattered thunderstorms can produce frequent
lightning that may in turn produce wildfire starts in
receptive fuels.

* THUNDERSTORMS...A mix of wet and dry storms.

* OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusts over 35 mph with peak gusts nearing 45-
