Light NC out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM Saturday to
midnight EDT Saturday night. For the Gale Watch, from late
Saturday night through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
