Severity: Severe. Certainty: Likely.
* WHAT...Major saltwater flooding.

* WHERE...Florida Keys.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Thursday, especially at the times of
high tide with little relief during the periods of low tide,
especially in the Upper Keys.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
will be inundated.
