* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt, and very
steep and hazardous seas at 8 to 12 ft.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.
