gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft. For the Small Craft
Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
seas 7 to 10 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to
Intracoastal City LA out 20 NM and Coastal waters from Lower
Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM CDT Friday. For the
Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM Friday to 1 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
