7 to 10 feet.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Scatterometry from yesterday shows winds
between 25 and 30 kt just east of Weno due to Invest 92W.
Forecast guidance drastically varies with the evolution of 92W
over the coming days, which greatly impacts wind and seas across
Chuuk. The Small Craft Advisory may need to be extended with
this afternoon's forecast package if 92W remains near Chuuk and
continues to organize.
