* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Delta Junction.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Areas of blowing dust could result in low visibility at
times. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs
could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
