Severity: Severe. Certainty: Possible.
* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow
accumulations between 4 and 10 inches possible. Winds could gust as
high as 50 mph. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling
and blowing snow.

* WHERE...Upper Kobuk Valleys.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
