* IMPACTS: Low Humidities and Strong Gusty Winds could cause
erratic fire behavior.

* WIND: West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 25 to 30 mph. Thursday,
west 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 percent. RH recovery will be fair to poor
tonight in zones 277 and 279.
