* WHAT...Northeast to east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph
expected. Strongest winds on mountain foothills.

* WHERE...Riverside County Mountains.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to midnight PDT Saturday Night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will be on Friday. Winds
become more easterly Saturday.
