.Recent torrential rainfall over the Wabash River basin has resulted
in minor flooding at New Harmony.

For the Wabash River...including New Harmony...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at New Harmony.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The river overflows low ground on the
Illinois side.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.9
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage Thursday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
