* WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and the Permian Basin in
western Texas.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MDT /noon CDT/ to 7 PM MDT /8 PM CDT/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses. Extreme heat
will significantly increase the potential for heat related
illnesses, particularly for those working or participating in
outdoor activities.
