WizCommerce, an AI-native sales and ecommerce platform for wholesale distributors, has raised Rs 79.5 crore (around $8.3 million) in a fresh funding round from existing investors Blume Ventures, Alpha Wave, Z47, 100X VC, and Peak XV Partners.
The fresh capital comes less than a year after WizCommerce raised $8 million in its Series A round led by Peak XV Partners in August 2025.
The Wizcommerce’s board allotted 7,565 Bridge CCPS at an issue price of Rs 1,05,051 each to raise the above-mentioned amount, according to its filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
Blume Ventures led the round with an investment of Rs 28.72 crore (around $3 million), followed by Alpha Wave, which infused Rs 23.94 crore. Peak XV Partners and Z47 invested Rs 14.36 crore and Rs 7.65 crore, respectively, while 100X.VC contributed Rs 4.79 crore.
According to Entrackr’s estimates, the firm’s valuation stands at Rs 443 crore or $46.6 million post-money, compared to Rs 333 crore in the previous $8 million Series A round. The company may raise more funds in the latest round.
Founded by former Bessemer Venture Partners and EY-Parthenon executive Divyaanshu Makkar and ex-Zomato executive Vikas Garg, WizCommerce offers an AI-native SaaS platform for wholesale distributors. The company follows a subscription and transaction-based revenue model, earning from its AI-powered sales tools, transaction facilitation, and value-added services.
Following the allotment, Blume Ventures emerged as the largest external shareholder with a 17.49% stake, followed by Peak XV Partners at 15.57%. Alpha Wave and Z47 held 14.85% and 10.38%, respectively, while 100X.VC owned 2.61%.
While the Bengaluru-based startup is yet to file its FY26 financials, its India entity reported Rs 6.15 crore in operating revenue and a net loss of Rs 17.36 crore in FY25, according to consolidated financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). The figures reflect only its India operations and may not represent the company's overall business, as a significant portion of its revenue is generated from the US.
