* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Flood Stage:  Lower lying bottom land
begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this evening to a crest of 18.4 feet early Tuesday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage Tuesday evening.
