* WIND: West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY: As low as 6 percent Sunday and 8 percent Monday. Poor
humidity recovery Sunday night to around 20 to 35 percent.

* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the mid-to-upper 90s Sunday and around 90
Monday.
