Light VA out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to
4 AM EDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to noon EDT
Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
