This also marks our first full quarter of operating nike.in in India, which has led to meaningful increase to our already growing fashion business,” CEO Falguni Nayar said. Separately, Nykaa's board approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in D2C skincare brand Aminu Wellness for ₹32 Cr. Founded in 2019 by Prachi Bhandari, Aminu reported FY26 revenue of ₹19.4 Cr. The remaining 49% stake will be acquired over the next few years, subject to the transaction terms. The company also said its GCC business, Nysaa, remained under pressure during the quarter due to geopolitical tensions in the region. “Nysaa continues to be impacted by geopolitical headwinds in the region, with further improvement dependent on external factors beyond the business’s control. That said, the festive season in May supported a modest improvement in performance,” the company noted. With that, here’s a look at the performance of Nykaa’s key verticals during the quarter. Nykaa Now Expands To 13 Cities Nykaa's quick commerce vertical, Nykaa Now, expanded to 13 cities by the end of the June quarter, up from three cities a year earlier. The service now operates across cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata, with the company targeting expansion to more than 25 cities by the end of FY27. It currently offers delivery of beauty and personal care products within 30-60 minutes and stocks products from more than 1,000 brands. Last week, Nykaa appointed former Swiggy Instamart COO Ankit Jain to lead the vertical. While the company did not disclose financial metrics for the business, beauty ecommerce CEO Anchit Nayar had earlier said Nykaa would continue investing aggressively in marketing the offering. The business turned EBITDA positive for the first time, reporting an EBITDA margin of 0.1%, aided by a richer brand portfolio, customer acquisition and operating leverage. The company added more than 130 brands during the quarter across categories such as activewear, footwear and kidswear. Nykaa also cited encouraging traction from its partnership with Nike, under which it operates nike.in and the Nike App in India. The partnership has since expanded to Nykaa Fashion and Nykaa Man through exclusive collections and product categories. Nykaa shares ended today's trading session 0.85% higher at ₹344.80.
