Talen Energy (TLN) said Tuesday it named President Terry Nutt as ​its next CEO, effective January ‌1, succeeding Mac McFarland, who will remain CEO and a board ​member through year-end 2026 and serve ​as a senior advisor until his retirement ⁠in March 2027.
