## extract

Special Weather Statement — Northwest Nicholas; Southeast Nicholas; Northwest Webster; Southeast Webster; Northwest Pocahontas; Southeast Pocahontas; Northwest Randolph; Southeast Randolph
Severity: Moderate. Certainty: Observed.
Clear skies and calm winds overnight will lead to efficient
cooling, dropping temperatures into the mid 30s across the typical
mountain valley cold spots away from rivers, with low 30s
possible in isolated locations. Patchy frost development is
expected in some areas.

Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be killed if left uncovered. Take steps now to protect
tender plants from the cold.
