* WHERE...In Tennessee, Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky
Mountains, Johnson, Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter,
Southeast Greene, and Unicoi Counties. In Virginia, Russell and
Washington VA Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Remaining wind gusts are likely to be
primarily near or in high terrain, with lower gusts in the lower
elevations.
