...BREEZY WESTERLY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY TODAY AND
SATURDAY THROUGH THE CASCADE GAPS AND INTO THE COLUMBIA BASIN...

.Breezy westerly winds through the Cascade gaps will likely (80%
chance) overlap with low relative humidity and generate Red Flag
conditions this afternoon through Saturday. Poor to fair
overnight RH recovery is anticipated Friday night.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 691 Lower Columbia Basin of
Oregon and 691 Lower Columbia Basin of Washington.

* TIMING...Until 11 PM PDT Saturday.

* WINDS...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
