Special Weather Statement — Fleming; Montgomery; Bath; Rowan; Estill; Powell; Menifee; Rockcastle; Jackson; Pulaski; Laurel; Wayne; McCreary; Whitley; Knox; Bell; Harlan; Elliott; Morgan; Johnson; Wolfe; Magoffin; Floyd; Lee; Breathitt; Knott; Owsley; Perry; Clay; Leslie; Letcher; Martin; Pike
Severity: Moderate. Certainty: Observed.
Clear skies and light winds will allow temperatures to fall into
the upper 30s to lower 40s in most locations late tonight, except
into the mid 30s through the sheltered rural valleys. In the
sheltered rural valleys, these temperatures will be cold enough
for patchy frost formation. Cold-sensitive vegetation may be
damaged.
