At 957 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of
producing winds to around 20 knots. This gust front was located
along a line extending from 16 nm north of Northeast River to 12 nm
northwest of Havre De Grace to 25 nm northwest of Gunpowder River,
moving south at 30 knots.
