CleanSpark prices $2.276B senior secured notes due 2031

CleanSpark (CLSK) said on Friday it priced $2.276B of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2031 at 98.5% of the principal amount.

The offering is expected to close on September 25.

Net proceeds will be used to fund the remaining buildout costs
