Certainty: Likely. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Carter County in southeastern Montana... Eastern Powder River County in southeastern Montana... * WHEN...Until 1015 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 710 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Law Enforcement has reported water over some roadways. Please follow all guidance from local officials and do not drive around barricades. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
