IPO details
Purple Style Labs IPO was a book-built issue of Rs 680 crore. The issue was entirely a fresh issue of 1.18 crore shares, with no offer-for-sale component. The price band was fixed at Rs 546-575 per share.
The company raised Rs 306 crore from anchor investors ahead of the issue. Axis Capital is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.
GMP signals flat listing
In the grey market, Purple Style Labs shares were trading at a mild premium of around 0.6%, indicating a muted listing expectation. GMP is an unofficial indicator and keeps changing before listing. A low premium suggests that investors are not expecting a strong listing pop at current levels, though final listing performance will depend on market mood, demand after allotment and broader IPO sentiment.
