What we know about the journey of the Portsmouth migrant boat
Protests in Portsmouth broke out after the arrival of migrants who had come from France on a small boat - after a much longer journey than usual.
BBC Verify has been using ship-tracking websites to monitor activity in the English Channel at the time the migrant boat made its crossing on 6 September. BBC Verify correspondent Merlyn Thomas reports.
Produced by Sophie Bott and Jenna Abaatouk. Graphics by Sally Nicholls. Verification by Barbara Metzler.
