Certainty: Likely. * WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 5 to 7 ft expected. * WHERE...The coastal waters from Oregon Inlet to Ocracoke Inlet. * WHEN...From 5 PM Monday to 8 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front will move south through the area Monday evening and will be accompanied by a period of elevated winds through Monday night. Elevated seas are then forecast to last into the middle of the week.
