SFC Environmental Technologies IPO review Brokerage firm SBI Securities has assigned a 'Neutral' rating to the IPO, citing a balanced risk-reward profile. The brokerage said it would prefer to monitor the company's execution, working capital efficiency and earnings growth over the next few quarters after listing. At the upper price band of ₹330 per share, the issue is valued at 20.9 times the company's FY26 earnings on a post-issue basis. SBI Securities said the valuation appears reasonably discounted compared with peers, while the company's order book-to-sales ratio of 1.3 times provides healthy revenue visibility. The company's growth prospects are supported by opportunities in biogas and compressed biogas (CBG), waste-to-energy, solar sludge drying and the WRR segment. However, earnings growth has been relatively modest over the past two years. Its significant exposure to government contracts has also contributed to elevated receivable days, which stood at 300 days in FY26. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.56 crore equity shares worth ₹517.5 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue will go to the company, while the OFS will allow existing shareholders, including promoters, to sell their holdings.
