Pursuant to RBI’s directives, Kotak acquired Rs96bn of loan assets from its subsidiary, KMIL, in quarter. NII grew 21% YoY/3.5% QoQ, while NIM moderated 32bp QoQ to 5.58%, primarily due to denominator impact of FCNR-backed lending, surplus liquidity & changes in asset mix Fee and other income grew 24.5% YoY, supporting 21.9% growth in core operating income. Q2 Results Highlights: Paytm parent One 97 Communications swings to ₹226 crore profit; Aegis Logistics profit rises 45% Q2 Results Highlights: APL Apollo Tubes, Nazara Tech, Bharat Coking Coal, Tata Motors CV, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, SBI Funds Management, UTI AMC, Oracle Financial and JK Cement are among the key earnings announcements and market reactions to watch. Tata Consumer Products reported an 18% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹467 crore, beating CNBC-TV18's poll estimate. Mankind Pharma's net profit jumped 39% to ₹712 crore, while Ather Energy reported a 63% rise in revenue. Bank of Maharashtra's net profit rose 41% to ₹2,309.6 crore, while Sona BLW's revenue increased 35% to ₹1,546.4 crore. Among the other results, Paytm parent One 97 Communications swung to a net profit of ₹226 crore from ₹21 crore a year ago, with revenue rising 28.5% to ₹2,648 crore. Nazara Technologies also returned to profit, reporting ₹35.36 crore against a year-ago loss of ₹33.9 crore, as revenue jumped 52.5% to ₹803 crore. Aegis Logistics reported a 45% rise in net profit to ₹261 crore, while KFin Technologies' net profit increased 33.4% quarter on quarter to ₹100.3 crore. Other notable results included Sumitomo Chemical, which reported a 12.4% decline in net profit to ₹156 crore, and Dalmia Bharat, which posted a net loss of ₹205 crore against a year-ago profit of ₹239 crore, partly reflecting a one-time exceptional loss of ₹339 crore. Swiggy narrowed its net loss to ₹922 crore as revenue rose 54.4% to ₹5,561 crore.
