Special Weather Statement — Lake Of The Woods; North Beltrami; South Beltrami; Hubbard Severity: Moderate. Certainty: Observed. Warmer temperatures and relative humidity values dropping to around 40 percent, combined with very dry fuels in forested areas, will lead to near critical fire weather conditions this afternoon through early evening. These conditions could lead to the rapid spread of fires. For more information on burning restrictions for Minnesota, see www.dnr.state.mn.us/forestry/fire/firerating_restrictions.html
