Awfis Space Solutions Q1 profit jumps over 2-fold YoY to Rs 24cr, revenue rises to Rs 449cr

Its profit was at Rs 10.03 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income rose to Rs 448.87 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal from Rs 353.04 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.
Awfis has 251 coworking centres across 18 cities with 1.7 lakh seats.
The overall portfolio occupancy was 76 per cent.
