AstraZeneca's (AZN) recently approved Etcamah (camizestrant) failed in a phase 3 trial as a first-line treatment in combination with Pfizer's (PFE) Ibrance (palbociclib) for HR+, HER2- breast cancer.

Results from the SERENA-4 trial showed that the combination did not improve
