Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Storm 26W will impact Saipan and Tinian late this evening through Sunday night. Additionally, a monsoon surge south of TS 26W will keep wet conditions across Saipan and Tinian into next week.
