Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A swath of heavy rain over the past 24 hours over southeast New Mexico will elevate the risk for any new storms over the area to produce flash flooding through this evening. - Rapid runoff and flash flooding will be most likely in complex terrain, below recent burn scars, low-lying areas, urban areas, normally dry arroyos, near rivers and streams, and in locations where the ground is already saturated from recent heavy rainfall. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
