Hello’s Robotaxi business, operated through Shanghai Zufu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., has completed a new financing round of about $100 million. The round was led by Shanghai Guotou Venture Capital, with participation from Minhang Jintou and China Creation Ventures. The company’s post-money valuation is close to $3 billion.
The funding will be used for continued research and development, including a large-scale GPU computing cluster, end-to-end AI model development and a high-quality data supply chain. Hello Robotaxi’s first mass-produced L4 vehicle, the HR1, began production in July and has surpassed 100 units.
Shanghai Zufu Intelligent was established in 2025 by Hello, Ant Group and CATL to develop and commercialize L4 autonomous driving technology. [NBD, in Chinese]
