Cheese revenue rose 38%, while curd grew 27%. Ice cream revenue grew 60%, and yogurt was the standout category with 153% growth. During the quarter, the company also commissioned a new cheddar cheese plant with an installed capacity of 120 metric tonnes per day. Rathnam added that the company will continue to expand its value-added food range, strengthen brands and distribution, and increase its presence across markets. Milky Mist is a value-added dairy and packaged food company with products across paneer, cheese, curd, butter, ghee, yogurt, ice cream and UHT products. It also sells frozen, ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook foods and chocolates. The company said its revenue grew at a CAGR of 31.26% between FY24 and FY26, reaching Rs 3,138.36 crore in FY26.
