Despite growing demand for non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as laser hair reduction, skin resurfacing, pigmentation removal and chemical peels, access remains a challenge. For many, the biggest hurdle isn't the treatment but everything that comes before it. Booking an appointment, travelling to a clinic, waiting despite having a confirmed slot, paying a random consultation fee and filling out lengthy forms can make a 30-minute procedure a half-day job. As convenience becomes a bigger part of everyday life, people now expect aesthetic treatments to be as easy to access as salon services or grocery deliveries. This has paved the way for a new model: bringing advanced aesthetic treatments straight to people's homes. And Yes Madam is betting on this shift. The scale of this demand is reflected in India's growing adoption of non-surgical aesthetics. According to the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), 611,800 non-surgical aesthetic procedures were performed in India in 2024, with hair removal alone accounting for 208,880 procedures, making it the most common non-surgical aesthetic procedure in the country. Yet unlike conventional salon services, treatments involving lasers, radio frequency or other specialised technologies require trained professionals, calibrated equipment and tighter hygiene protocols. These requirements have traditionally kept advanced aesthetics within specialised clinical settings. Advanced Aesthetic Treatments Available At Home Taking these treatments into the home isn't as simple as replacing a salon chair with a living room sofa. It requires a fundamentally different operating model. To bridge that gap, Yes Madam has expanded its at-home salon model to include protocol-driven, dermatologist-designed aesthetic treatments delivered by certified professionals using professional-grade equipment. Instead of customer-facing clinics, it relies on backend equipment hubs, reducing infrastructure costs and offering treatments that are typically 35-55% cheaper than conventional clinics. However, affordability alone isn't enough for procedures traditionally associated with skin clinics. For at-home treatments to work, consumers need confidence that safety, equipment quality and clinical oversight are not being compromised. To build trust, Yes Madam has standardised every part of the treatment process — from the equipment used to the way every procedure is performed. To maintain consistent quality and safety, the company: Trains professionals using dermatologist-designed protocols Uses fresh, single-use consumables for every session Centrally monitors equipment across its service hubs Limits its portfolio to non-invasive procedures that do not require continuous medical supervision Inside Yes Madam's New Home Stack With that operational framework in place, Yes Madam's advanced aesthetics portfolio addresses a range of common skin and body concerns through non-invasive treatments delivered at home. Laser Hair Reduction: Multi-wavelength diode laser technology with ice-cooling targets unwanted hair across different skin tones, with treatments ranging from underarms to full-body sessions priced between approximately ₹1,150 and ₹7,500 per session. According to data shared by Yes Madam, customers completing a full course of 6 sessions typically achieve a 70-80% permanent reduction that is consistent with clinical outcomes. Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser: Combines laser, carbon peel and LED technologies to reduce pigmentation, tanning, acne marks and uneven skin tone while improving skin texture. According to Yes Madam’s data, its customers report a visible reduction in acne marks within the first 3-4 sessions. Body Toning: Combines radio frequency (RF), electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), cavitation and controlled heating to contour stubborn fat deposits without invasive procedures. The brand claims to deliver the service in under 60 mins with a safe and protocol-driven procedure. HydraGlo Facials: Combine abrasion, radio frequency and oxygen infusion to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin through variants such as Korean HydraGlo, Insta Collagen Boost, Hydration Boost, De-Tan and Intensive Pore Clean-Up. This procedure has become Yes Madam’s fastest-growing treatment (by bookings) and is increasingly popular among male consumers aged 28-40. Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune remain the cities with maximum traction from women customers. Expanding The TAM: What Lies Ahead As advanced aesthetic procedures become part of routine self-care, growing demand for convenience, privacy and transparent pricing is expanding the market for at-home treatments. Yes Madam has its eyes on first-time users, while expanding into Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai and Ahmedabad. It targets building a ₹500 Cr advanced aesthetics business in the next five years. The startup is sure that the future of advanced aesthetics may not be defined by larger clinics or more premium retail spaces, but by making clinical-grade treatments more accessible to everyday consumers. Just as convenience has transformed food delivery, mobility and even healthcare, companies like Yes Madam are helping redefine where and how professional aesthetic care can be delivered by bringing dermatologist-supervised, non-invasive technologies directly into people’s homes.
