Seas will remain hazardous to small craft today as winds increase to 25 kt with combined seas of 7 to 10 feet through Sunday afternoon. Tropical storm force winds of 34 to 63 kt are no longer possible because Typhoon Saudel did not make a sufficiently large westward wobble.
